Fall into Winter! New Shows at the Olde Church, Music For Humanity, and Daryl's House, Plus NERFA!
Thursday, October 17, 2024
Greetings!
Its been an eventful couple of months, with some great shows at Daryl's House and Black Bear Americana Music Fest, and finishing up some new tunes that I've begun to record in various places with different people, trying to fashion a new sound as I go bravely forth into this unsettled and unsettling world. Making some time in the next few weeks to do some work in the service of our rather flawed Democracy before Election Day, while keeping a wary eye on rather sad events unfolding in the Middle East. I really believe that "attention must be paid" to these things, and that it is our responsibilty to take positive action wherever and whenever possible..
Aside from several Farmers Markets and Bar gigs that I do regularly, here are some shows of note that you should put on your calendar (please!):
-Sat Oct 12th, BTC solo at Black Bear Americana Music Fest Goshen CT, at 4:15
-Fri Nov 1st, BTC solo in the round w/Jessica Smucker and Riley Cotton at the Olde Church In Meriden Ct, 7pm
-Thurs-Sun, Nov 22-24th, Northeast Regional Folk Alliance, Portland Maine
-Sat Dec 21st, BTC solo at Music For Humanity, Campbell Hall, NY, 8pm
-Sun Dec 29th, BTC Trio at Daryl's House, Pawling NY, at 12 noon
Stay tuned for more shows, being added all the time!
